You can either attend one of my seasonal workshops, or bring me in to offer a custom one for your team or loved ones!

“Put your feet on your friends” – partner massage workshop

You’ll learn easy ways to apply therapeutic pressure with your feet (and knees, shins, forearms & elbows!) to offer sustainable care to your loved ones.


This 2hr small group workshop will offer plenty of time for individualized attention and hands-on (or rather… feet-on) practice.

What we’ll cover:

  • Various weight-based partner-massage techniques that deliver more impact with less effort
  • Ergonomic and alignment adjustments to find techniques that work best for you
  • Injury prevention (for both you and your partner)
  • Nuances of care and consent

“Self-massage 101”:
On the ball.

You’ll learn easy ways to apply therapeutic pressure using tennis or lacrosse balls and other tools to give yourself a massage anywhere, anytime!
